Within your legal right of revocation you are authorized to return all purchases (including reduced items) made at 14oz.com within 14 days of receipt free of charge.
To avoid restricting your guaranteed right, please make sure that returned items have not been worn, altered or washed, with all tags and labels attached. We can only accept exchanges in their original, non-faulty condition. As a matter of course, you are allowed to try on your purchases as if you would do in a retail store.
This and all following advises are no a requirement for your effective exercise of your right to return, but a request on our part. However you will help us to process your transaction quickly and to improve our services.
If you are returning more than one item please send them all together in a single consignment to us. Please post your consignment with the shipping service your order was delivered by. Please do not ship your goods carriage forward. Instead, please get in touch with us and we will provide you with a shiping label for our carrier DHL. Please our customer service via +49 (0) 30 400 44 153 or write us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then send you the free shipping label via email.
Please note that in between the entry of your reshipment and full refund of the purchasing price minus shipping cost may pass 10 to 14 days. As soon as we receive your reshipment we will inform you via e-mail about your credit note.
The duration of the repayment depends on the respective payment method. Usually the repayment is made within two bank statements.
In case the declared recipient of the items is not equal to the purchaser, the purchasing price minus shipping cost is always refunded to the buyer or the account holder. The refunding is always in the same currency as at the purchase. Any possible losses caused by currency fluctuations will not be refunded.
All returns you purchased with a voucher will generate a new voucher of the value of the returned goods.
If you would like to exchange an item to another size please call our customer service on +49 (0)30 400 44 153 or write us an e-mail to email@example.com so that we are able to reserve your size for you. An exchange with another product is not possible. In case the new item you would like to exchange is in stock we will send it to you as soon as we receive the exchanged good from you. In case of exchange there will not be any further delivery charges for you.
The preceding terms are no precondition for effective exercise of your right of rescission.
